Deca Face Bloat...

Been running 400 deca 600 test for 12 weeks trying to run 16 weeks. AI is arimadex. I swoll as a mothafucka. Great results. First run. My face is getting that swell though. Anyway to combat it or should I cycle off or will I be ok? Any info appreciated.

Some people get the moon pie along with the other bloat while on deca brother just stay on course you'll be fine

First and foremost, how is your sodium intake? If that's under control, I would personally try .5 EOD to see if it reduces the bloat.

I honestly have not been good with my sodium lately. Been pretty poor in managing it.

I think you just answered your own question bro. Sodium and water intake is going to have a big effect on how puffy you look. Cut the sodium big time and drink a minimum of 1.5 gallons of water per day and you should dry out some.
 
Sometimes you need to also look at diet , sodium intake all interact with hormonal changes
 
I honestly have not been good with my sodium lately. Been pretty poor in managing it.

Well I got ask. First time I've ever had my face blow up like this and I got to looking into things such as the bloat that deca causes. Under normal circumstances even with the sodium I am intaking my face would have never blown up like it is that's why I asked about deca and the possible affects or secondary affects that could be affecting everything. So that's why I looked more towards the compound. Thanks for all the responses. Any info is good info.

From my experience, as adex did nothing for that situation i would take Aromasin 12.5 mgs every 3rd day, cut your sodium and increase your water intake. Hit cardio a.s.a.p to rid the face bloat in about 2 or 3 days. Other than that you'll be fine your just holding lots of water.

They are going really well. Got one more week of my deca cycle and I dropped drinking soda. That helped the most. I kind of dipped into the devils jar. I hadn't been drinking any soda and I got a taste of Coca Cola and that's what I think dropped the most. My bloat went away right away almost within the week and now my body is showing better definition. I did increase my adex but I can't really attribute it to just that but I do think it did help me and have an impact. Thanks for asking.

I know a lot of people think it's the AAS that's making them bloat, but I've seen a lot of people just eat whatever and have a awful diet increasing their body fat. Yes they look bigger, but it's actually fat not bloating. For a lot of people, they get the moon face first when they increase body fat.

I see deca bloat all the time in my gyms and it's not necessarily fat, I believe it's more so the water retention from eating such a shitty diet that's loaded with sodium. Bad foods typically equates to sodium loaded foods. What a lot of people don't realize is that a lot of this can be controlled with a simple tweak of their water intake. More water = less bloat.

I'm saying it's entirely possible that it's fat and not bloating. Deca bloating is real, just with any AAS that converts to estrogen as well. But a lot of guys blame the AAS and think it's bloat when they're actually getting fat as well. It could a combination of all 3, fat, sodium intake, and water retention from estrogen. I see way to many fat guys taking AAS.
 
I also see way too many skinny punks taking AAS. Guys that are well under 200 pounds and could easily get to 200 with the right diet and training, but instead they concentrate on AAS and completely blow off diet and have no clue about training. Instead they make up stupid crap like "I'm a hard gainer"...Really though I could care less what other people do.
 
I'm prone to bloat. If estrogen is under control amd you're still bloating, then get some hctz. I take it sporadically when I see my weight shoot up. I can go from 200-210 in a day morning to next morning often.

This is also true. I've made the same mistake before. "Oh it's probably just bloat". We sometimes try to delude ourself. I see plenty of guys who think they're like... 8-10% bodyfat, then you look at them and they have a blurry set of abs in the right light. This is also why we take progress pictures, take weekly weight averages and often hire coaches. Some people see hiring as a coach as a knock on their personal knowledge and ability. Truth be told, when hiring a coach, you most often are just hiring someone to give you an outside perspective. Contest prep literally can turn people crazy with delusions. They have studies done on people in metabolic wards and then ask them their calorie intake. They see results such as the person reporting 1500-2000 calories, but when footage is reviewed it's actually sometimes up to double that. It's like Lyle McDonald said- you ask someone on the street how many calories are in a pizza and they will answer, ehh bout 800?.
