cycle help

Eq should be run at 600mg to 800mg minimum in my opinion.

I ran eq at 600mg and was disappointed. So I agree. I think I will save the bold cyp to run it properly at 600mg. Which should be close to 700mg of eq. Mast and test with var for the next 3 months should work just fine.

My main concern like I said is loss of muscle mass and strength. I'm pretty strong for my weight and height. I'm about 185 6'3 going to water cut the day before the fight at weigh ins at 175. My body fat just got into the 7% this week. IMG_0985.JPGIMG_0927.jpg

That's a easy fix take a baby asprin daily

Aspirin keeps the platelets from sticking together and clotting I the arteries, that's why it's recommended for heart attack issues. He wants his to clot well if he gets cut in a fight. I'd think the aspirin would hurt more then help him.

Ur right my fault !! Sorry

This is true. I know you're not suppose to have surgery on aas. But tbol is one that is notoriously bad for clotting.

Don't you want your blood to clot quickly? I assumed you did in case you were cut.

Hell, Maybe I'm looking at the wrong way Pooh

5.8% bf. I don't think that's healthy guys although impressive. I hear eq helps appetite as well. I'm eating so much but my work involves moving around and I train so much. Not losing any strength or muscle mass though so that's good . IMG_1002.JPG

Looking good though. My leg muscles are not well developed that's why I'm so light right now. Still rehabing them slowly after tearing my knee. IMG_1004.JPG

Ok, i've been in the game for a long time. I'm just fighting now. I've ran everything before. And no, actually halo sucks for a fight unless youre style and are just a better fighter and can come out swinging full speed. Your adrenaline goes crazy for like 5 min and then nothing. Not so good for a fight unless you know you can knock the guy out first round.

Never said halo is for fight by the way 40 years fighting , 30 bodybuilding. Trained around the world and trained probably hundreds . Fighters use halo primarily for it does affect aggression overall but mostly power with no weight gain. And yes all your choices SUCK !!! Training and gaining without compounds are best for your stated goals . Training not drugs build endurance . However many feel the newer SARMs work to vastly help with endurance. You may want to give SARMs try . True grit here has whole section on info here . Check it

I'm not trying to replace aas for endurance. I'm good at that department. Just got back from Thailand training in a camp that does 10k run 7am m-f and hours of training throughout the day.

Let me make things a little more clear. I have a roster invite for a pro team here. No it's not millions like the NBA but I'm mostly concerned with muscle wasting as I said before I burn through a ridiculous amount of calories a day being a basketball coach and training and lifting. I'm already at 5.8%bf. I am making almost all my meals and protein shakes but sometimes it's a struggle to eat enough. I started boxing and Muay Thai because I torn my knee and broke my ankle so it was a way to get similar conditioning without jumping and sprinting which I was not able to do for a long time without pain. Still rehabing my legs as they are my weakness point, especially balance doing isometric workouts on each legs is difficult.
