So little run down on me. I'm 32...6'3" and 195. Been in and out of the gym since I was 18. Been serious about lifting and nutrition for the past 3 years. I ran a cycle about 5 years ago...500mg test e for 12 weeks with nolvadex on the back end. Before that I had done my fair share of PHs which I regret so.....I'm trying to do this right this time and am looking for some advice. I know I'm going to run an oral on the front end...probably anavar or anadrol since I already have them. What's everyone's opinions on what test to run and how much and should I run anything with it?
Also, opinions on PCTing the correct way. What to use and when.
