Cruise question

52 years old bodybuilding 30 plus , gear 15 years I've never cruised ever . I sincerely and genuinely ask why everyone does ? Your cycles will always be harder if you don't go off completely no ? Educate me please

Well, "blast and cruise" is really intended for men with legitimate TRT protocol. Meaning we use test for the rest of our lives and sometimes "blast" for a cycle. For the obvious reasons, and never PCT.
But, I believe a lot more guys (younger) blast and cruise thinking they're going to get the most out of AAS by never going off. And some just think it's cool and do it not realizing it's a lifelong commitment. They stay on for a good long while and then it gets old and they're asking for PCT advice.
But to answer your question, yes. At least me personally, training for 30yrs and cycling since 1996, I had better gains when I came completely off. I blast and cruise from 2009-2014 and had good gains but not as good as coming off, PCT and going back on.
