Critique my cycle- please help!!!

Gentlemen i need your help.
First i want to say thank you in advance for your input. This forum and many other like it has helped me tremendously towards making this decision.

About me and my situation:
29 years old
Amateur MMA fighter
Coming off 4 month rehab from ACL surgery
Before the layoff i was training twice a day 6 days a week.
4 days technique only and 2 days with Heavy lifts/Strength +Conditioning in the am & technique in the PM.

This is my first cycle. Im desiring only increased recovery time and regaining my strength back to or above where it was before surgery-I am not seeking weight gain
I do not believe PEDs will make me a better martial artist however the faster recovery = more mat time/more training which in turn will make me a better fighter.

This is my planned cycle. Please be as honest as possible and tell me if im fucking up. Your insight is incredibly valuable and the only assistance i have in guiding me to doing this correctly.

TEST E
500 mg week split in half mon + thurs
weeks 1-12

Arimidex
0.25 mg - 0.5 mg every 3 days or every other day depending on any noticeable unwanted side effects- sensitive nips, water retention,etc.
Weeks 1-12

Weeks 15-18
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

Weeks 19-20
D aspartic acid

Now i have heard so much conflicting info about HCG. Half the crowd says wait until PCT, the other half says run it all 12 weeks with the Test but the body will become used to dosages so dosage will need to be increased, and lastly there is a side of the fence that says they never use HCG

What are your thoughts?
Does my cycle look solid? What should i change?
If i run HCG during PCT do i run during weeks 13 & 14 or wait until weeks 15 and run it until week 19?
Do i really need HCG or will the Nolva and Clomid bring my nuts back to normal size and function?

Fellas i really appreciate your honest insight and critique. Youre knowledge is invaluable and life saving.

Looks good hcg usually not needed for first cycle or pct.
But if your nuts do shrink I would run in the last 2 weeks and use to bridge into pct. but that could be just me.
How much do you weigh?

When bridging into the PCT that means ill run the HCG last 2 weeks of the cycle, continue during 2 weeks off cycle as the Test is leaving my system before starting the PCT then stop HCG once i start nova & clomid?

Right now im about 212-217 depending on what i eat-I am 6'4.
Im not in shredded fighting shape however im far from fat. i have a visible 2 pack and obliques still coming through however not vascular at all right now. I have been bigger upwards to 260 back around 19-20 years old. Lost a ton of weight when i started lifting/cardio and eventually when i started MMA and my coaches taught me about dieting. Some loose skin around the lower abdomen when im in fight shape but nothing major.
I have also been upwards to 225 walk around weight in the off season, when not in fight camp. I cut to 185 for weigh ins and re hydrate back to around 205ish give or take.
Im probably 12-15 % BF
 
Strictly my opinion brother...I take hcg @ 500iu weekly...so I am still sending a signal to my brain to produce some test. I also feel that taking while on a run will greatly reduce the dosage you would take during pct. I don't know about desensitization while on hcg for long periods. But I can see where that might be true. Glad to see you are being responsible with your dosing and pct. Best of luck brother. Oh, fyi...do some research on tb500 or bcp157. They are healing peptides. Might supercharge your recovery.
