Front shots this time, perhaps I'll keep em' separated that way as I make strides.

Actually, not.nuch of a stride going on since last , as I had a trap (right) injury , maybe six weeks back, no tear, just majorly "overstretched" & had bothered the Shit out of me.
Dropped 21 lbs in 4 weeks, now back up 15 of those.
Needing to get to 220 by winter's end, thereabouts..!

I was thinking that all bikers are huge fat men whom it is difficult to raise up if they fall down, like their huge Harleys! Of course perhaps I'm mistaken..... are u bro a microbiologist or schoolteacher? :)))))

Haha..!, Nope (Neither) curious tho,. Why yo chose those two..? Microbiologist, or School teacher..! I am a tradesman I hold (two) Journeyman's card's, one of which is with one of the "Big Three" Auto Industry.

I have however used to drive Motorcycles, (Not Harley )
That's next, I hope to get one maybe this spring.

225 sliced & diced is the goal.., hopefully by winter's end.
And with muscle memory on my side, and halfway decent genetics, ( used to be 240ish ),

should be doable, problem is, I have alot on my plate, and
need to make some Changes.

Then I re~arrange my stack.

Looking pretty vascular, MotorCity!! You obviously have the dedication to diet and I don't think 225 shredded is a goal you can't reach.

Thanks MM, jrsgym, appreciate the kind words, and jrdgym the kind words of encouragement, trust me, i eat like a Horse (on.EQ ) But in.all.honesty, I could do so much more, actually have been neglecting legs for some time, so when I get that down, locked & cocked it's going to come on like madness.

And, believe it or not, I don't eat clean, or disclipined at all, I eat whatever I want, whenever I want.

Just have alot of obligation, work alot.

So I've been maybe at 75-80% drive, when I kick it up, and able to get proper sleep, "Look-Out"

I'm fortunate like that, I can sorta control my weight 15-20+ lbs either way over 4-6 weeks .

Dedicating the next 3+ months to legs, and keeping .Else roughly the same..Give or take.

I'll still push & pull hard, but need to reserve my recovery ability for legs for a minute

Your doing amazing my Michigan Brother. Soon as my Leukemia goes into remission which should be soon I'll be right there with you. You look amazing keep up the hard work.
