BENEFITS OF USING IGF1: The gains from IGF-1 are not due to water retention, so the gains you will achieve will be long term muscle growth. IGF-1 LR3 has a half-life of about 20-30 hours and is much more potent than base IGF-1. Since its half-life is about a day, the IGF-1 LR3 will circulate the body, for around 24 hours, binding to receptors and activating cell communication that improves muscle growth and fat loss. LR3 prevents glucose from entering into cells, which, in turn, forces the body to burn fat and not sucrose. In addition, its long half-life is desirable for another reason; site injections aren't necessary, as IGF-1 LR3 will cycle the body binding to all muscle cells for about a day. DES IGF-1 is the shorter version of the IGF-1 chain. It is five (5) times more powerful than IGF-LR3 and ten (10) times more powerful than regular base IGF-1. The half-life for DES is about 20-30 minutes, which means this is a very delicate chain. Therefore, administration should only be done at the site where you want to see muscle growth. DES has the ability to stimulate muscle hyperplasia better than LR3. In simple terms, it's best used for site injections, rather than overall growth. In addition, DES is known to bind to receptors that have been deformed by lactic acid, which is often present during workouts. This allows the DES to attach itself to a mutated receptor and signal tissue growth during training. DES can be used longer and more frequently.

What kind of results did u see Lord K? Did u still spot inject even though its not nessasary with ir3?
 
IGF-1 LR3

IGF-1 LR3 can be taken 7 days a week at a dose of 50-150mcg a day. Desensitization was shown to occur at around 40 days or roughly 4 weeks. Injection sites can be at any muscle group on the body, as it's not very good at site specific growth.

IGF-1 DES

DES IGF-1 can be dosed at 50-150mcg multiple times a day (prior to training) into specific target areas. since DES has such a short half life (20-30 minutes), desensitization was not noticed at all . Injection sites should be localized; preferably, at the muscle group you want to grow. In simple terms, if you want to grow your biceps, inject IGF-1 DES right into your bicep.

Alot of the research chem places don't actually sell igf. It is usually rodent insulin or something worse. With igf cheaper is not better real igf costs more to produce than high quality hgh. So beware discount prices. Not saying all are burning or pointing fingers but buyer beware in the igf game.

Yea I bought some cheap stuff a long time ago.. but that was the only igf I've ever used. I Google them not long ago cause they still send 35% offs and they have a lot of mixed reviews. I'd like to try some real igf. Like I said I used it maybe 2 years back and everything I read was pin post workout within 20 min and 20min away from cjc1295 no dac
 
Ive heard IGF works well injected in muscle before training... Always wanted to balst my calves with it since I have huge ass quads and calves that look like they belong to a female meth addict. Considered Synthol but nor stepping on a bbing stage anytime soon so no need IMO. Would like to use during PCT as well

Let me make a quick reviw for u bro - The more popular and know is the IGF1-lr3, but the IGF1-DES is a very interesting product which may offer some unique benefits for the goals u desire. The lr3 has an autocrine effect, meaning it is absorbed into the serum and from there interacts with its receptors on various target tissues, actually there are target tissues for IGF1 almost on any organ besides brain and eyes. Also very interesting is (as you may learn from the article I quoted) IGF1 has a distinct and dramatic anti catabolic effect, which GH doesn't (even that GH does increase serum IGF1 levels). The IGF1 -DES more of an paracrine effect, meaning it's absorbed in more of a local fashion and effects target tissues in the location of the injection, The DES is of course also absorbed into the circulation, but unlike the lr3 which has a half life of about 20 hours, it has a very short half life so most of the effect is local, this is an advanced way to cause some local growth in certain stubborn muscles.
 
thanks makes sense.. I have seen so much back and forth with IGF even to lesser extent as far as how much they help ...GH, and insulin(though I don't think many dispute slin makes you gain some just say gets you "fat", which obv they must not know depends how you use it.)

Yes the usage in Insulin may be tricky and much more dangerous then mostly any other ergogenic aid.

Anyone uses insulin, whether aware to it or not, do so in order to balance his glucose levels, he uses exogenous insulin in order to help his pancreas to cope with high serum levels of glucose. It may be the case if he/she uses high glycemic carn meal (such as post workout) which raises sharply glucose levels, or whether he uses Somastim (GH) which causes directly releasing of glusoce to the circulation, these extreme high levels of glucose in the circulation overwhelms the pancreas, and this is why some found exogenous insulin as effective. As explained in this thread IGF1 is a better remedy to this, it balances glucose levels and helps restore insulin sensitivity (exogenous insulin does the opposite) and have of course distinct anabolic and anti catabolic properties, along with other metabolic advantages such as mobilization of fatty acids for energy
