incorporating IGF1-lr3 and IGF1-DES - post from your experience

Igf lr3 is best dosed 8 hours After your workout. Not 30 seconds after your last set.

Alot of the research chem places don't actually sell igf. It is usually rodent insulin or something worse. With igf cheaper is not better real igf costs more to produce than high quality hgh. So beware discount prices. Not saying all are burning or pointing fingers but buyer beware in the igf game.

I've taken IGF 1 LR3 & Des together several times. I like doing 50-75mcg of lr3 in the am when I wake up and then I'll use 50mcg in the body part I'm training that day(ex. if I do legs I do 25mcg in each leg) I don't really do IGF during my endurance phase of training because I get crazy pumps in my lower back and legs and can barely run lol

Igf causes hyperplasia which is the growth of new muscle fibers. This is only caused by a small number of substances.

Honestly I've in my 30 years BB never tried- I have used lriigf3 along with MGF and hgh but never the others . I'd love to try if you tell me how to dose I'm 51 bb 32 years , natty 15 then didvover Chems lol
