Don't it happen to you that people ask you where ever you go: what do you do to be so fit. In my personal case i work in an environment where people easily get fat...they replace one addiction for a new one: eating...the greasier and sweeter the better ; many of this people have asked me in the past to write down for them nutritional plans and work outs; which of course they never get done( human nature...lack of discipline). This is what i never understood if you live addicted to doughnuts and fried chicken, it really dont take that much knowledge what to do...Wouldn't you agree for most people if you start with salads, fruits, grilled chicken and baked fish...you just can't go wrong; if you add to that a little jogging a few push up's a couple of crunches..then you have a START. This is what happens: people wont keep up with it they expect changes with in 2 days..lack of commitment and lack of discipline ...in a simple manner most people DO KNOW WHAT TO EAT AND WHAT NOT TO EAT...common sense
