Does clen totally screw with anyone else’s sleep? I’m having trouble falling asleep, and once I do I ge like 3hrs of shit sleep then I wake up and I’m up for the rest of the day.
 
Gotta take that stuff upon waking, get it in ya as early as possible, I usually do my GH t-4 , & 3 a good pre-probiotic on empty stomach, Clen if I'm running it, I'll do 10 days Clen, 10 days stim,or no stim Fatburner , ECA /Narangin stack, or some.eof the many others Higenimine, L-Norvaline, agmatine etc. DMAA /stacks , then back to Clen. Have to find your sweet spot in which it just barely makes ya edgy, but some just cant tolerate I suppose, I like being upitty, but not too "wired"- for -"Sound"..,

Then get a good square meal in ya it should diminishe some, but yeah, I'd say not for (don't take within 6+, even 8 hours of your intended bed-time).

I take my t3&clen upon waking at 4am. Gym by 4:30am-4:45. Go to sleep around 8:30pm every night. Tren doesn’t bother me a bit compared to this shit. Might just have to deal with it and eat a sleep aide before bed for the next 8 days.

Yeah, you hit the idea, that's good & early, I'm midnight, so the sleep thing is just downright awkward, especially now, light at 6:30, light til 9:00 + , well I'm leaving for work.by 9:30, but summer is a bitch .

Maybe try a Benadryl to help knock ya out..
