Baked 3 chicken breasts seasoned with Cajun seasoning/garlic/pepper at 350 for 20 minutes then sliced them up and added them to some sauteed onions and bell peppers. Crisped them up w the veggies.
Gonna eat them with a couple whole wheat organic tortillas and some low fat low sodium refried beans.
Fucking delicious.
