I have 6 weeks left of a 20 weeks cycle where i made lots of mistakes. the first one was ignorance and lack of preparation which lead me to a very uncomfortable situation by not having AI's, eventually with adex everything became better but i started adding other compounds looking fore more and better results. I thought i was running the deca and the eq too low , so i added npp plus masteron p EOD, at that time i had also included the use of TNE and specially this last one even considering the great work outs , the truth is that make very difficult to control my hormones so i was daily needing more adex and the results of blood work to control e2 where off every time cause then i changed the work out routine , which meant more TNE...something was off all the time. I was playing with my dogs during the weekend...i have a yorkie: light and fast, jumps very high, then i have a boxer awesome athlete, pulls weighs very muscular and lean; and i have a bullmastiff still a bay but he is heavy and strong, a little slower. I thought...wait a minute...i know i ain't no bull mastiff...i have been trying to be a bullmastiff...when am more like Samson, the boxer. I said this last 6 weeks am gonna turn it around, dropped the npp and the TNE, changed the work out doing more super sets and tri-sets even giant-sets, more cardio and my last meal the source of carbs is just veggies... i feel great...i feel awesome...the muscle tone has improved in a great manner.

Very happy to hear you learned from your mistakes. No one in this game EVER likes to admit that, but we've all been there.

Simple cycles always seem to turn into "kitchen sink" cycles and then results yo-yo as well as side effects lol. MORE is not always better, even veterans will tell you that. Glad to hear this was a learning experience!

I see a lot of people(especially young guys) who think that they need to run pro type cycles or run compounds that dont have synergy or are counter productive to their goals. In my experience you dont need a lot. Put in the hard work in the gym and ur nutrition. You dont need a lot to take it to the next level if those 2 things are on point. You have learned the hard way but luckily it wasn't too bad and now you have valuable insight that your body will thank you for
