Doing good, this is week 3. I've leaned down alot it seems. I'm not bloated anymore for sure. I've incorporated avacodos in my meals a little. But that's it! Still all meat. I'll go sat and get a composition scan done.
I'm still peeing alot when I lay down at night. Like 5 or 6 times maybe. Energy is up to. Strength dropped a little. But my weight is holding at 217 to 219.

Cool, I pulled something in my arm last week. Doing a pull up. It's in the tricep area. Pushing weight doesnt hurt. Pulling does though. So I'm going easy on it for another week or so. Looking forward to the cheat meal !!!
 
I took my last npp shot last night. So now I'll cruise on 200test week till next cycle.
 
Ok, I ventured out a little bit. And made some fat bombs. Used my unrefined coconut oil 1/3cup, 3tbsp butter,1 scoop vanilla whey protein. Mixed in a measurement cup and microwaved. Poured in a mini muffin pan. And they came right out once hardened. Taste better than just eating the oil or butter plain. Made 14 little bombs. My wife likes them also.
 
Worked chest and benched 365 for 1 rep. That made me happy! Of course I did my full sets of bench, incline dumbell, incline flies, and cable flies. But 365 was close to my max of 375. So I guess I haven't lost as much strength as I'd thought. Or today was just a good day.

Excellent! Keep in mind, that’s at less body weight AND less body fat.

I used to pee alot at night that way... and often when I would leave work and have to before I got home. Would have to pull over and hurry cause I couldn't hold it....
In my case using Cialis low dose everyday that all stopped.
My Dr had said it's when kidneys filter most at night...

Very interested in this thread!! And Gonna start up again but I always got low body sugar when body fat hits 7% and I use too much energy. The cheat is usually Skittles. Signs shaky hands, profusely sweating even if it's cold and dizzyness!!!

I used to do alot of keto but not as much anymore. Wonder if it's reason I am getting acne. I am struggling to leave kids snacks alone everynight ATM. But this inspired me!!

Yeah the peeing is my biggest complaint. And bad breath! Lol
Lol!! I cut carbs and have "crab boil" breath and taste... I didn't do what u did yet I ease slowly and still use some, but I cut them and only use after workout and other activities..
But watching this
