Ok, just did another scan and it looks like I'm loosening muscle. I did 1 week of pure meat and water.

Hows your strength?
Its highly unlikely that you’re losing muscle weight (near impossible). The slight loss indicated on the scan is related more to cellular water, and overall body weight number. Continue with it! Add more meat, butter, mct oil. It’s essential that you keep your macro ratio predominantly FATs.
Dont cheat yet.... no fucking cheat days yet. Get 3 weeks with this before you earn a once a week cheat day.

You can add in from the following what you like:
Of course pork, lamb, liver
eggs
bacon
avocado (pay attention to how much — the calories can add up fast, and the fiber can create some upset when you’re adjusted to a fat and protein only pattern). Although your body will be very efficient at using fat as it’s primary energy source, you need to figure out your caloric expenditure — what you want is for your body to run on its body fat... not the overspill of ingested fats. And the body will burn fat before EVER touching muscle / lean tissue for fuel. Done proper, and fat adapted (no sneaking in cheat carbs, you will not lose ANY muscle. Trust the process.
The scan numbers don’t accurately tell the full story of what’s taking place with your composition change.

walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts. Limit them to 2oz daily.
cheese (organic). Walmart sells O Organics brand — cheddar, and colby, 6oz chunks
for $2. Eat a max 4oz a day.

Limit chicken. It tends to be too lean a fat to protein ratio, and does not function the way beef does strength, performance wise.
 
A couple more pointers on the InBody scanner:
As mentioned, you want to replicate your conditions as much the same as possible each scan — time of day, fasted or else same amount of food having been consumed, hydration level. You also should be standing at lest 5 min time prior to doing scan (where water is settled in the body will affect result).
Caffeine one time and no caffeine the next time will also have an effect.
Also, if you’re more hydrated one time than another, it will often indicate as higher lean mass (SMM — skeletal muscle mass).
Hopefully these tips are useful to your monitoring of results :)
Oh! Pre and post workout scanning will also indicate differing results.

Thanks man! Yes I'm not giving in yet. I'll add in some avacodos for extra fat. I came off deca Friday before last. And ran npp all last week. I know I've been peeing ALOT lately! I'm assuming its alot of the water weight comeing off. Strength seems to still be in order. I did notice I lost my endurance quicker last week. Coualdnt do as many heavy sets. Hopefully the npp will be kicking in this week.
I dont have mct oil. What wouald be best to get at wallmart? Avacodo or coconut oil?

Thanks nd! I'm glad tb is helping me. Mans full of knowledge. I had plain smoked pork for lunch. Pork rinds for a snack. And steak again for supper. I plan on getting on the bed later. And saying uga booga grunt grunt. Wife's calling me a caveman .lol

Its highly feasible that the deca retaining more intracellular water would indicate as higher muscle volume on the inbody. Though I wouldn’t necessarily expect a great degree of water loss since the short time you’ve been off it. Could be a factor though.
The higher volume of urine is common when entering into and adjusting to Ketosis. It’s related to the kidneys clearing out all remaining glycogen from your muscles and liver.
Get some mct oil. Coconut oil is closely related... mct simply being the oil extracted from coconut. Mct is a quick burn fat source. Avocado oil is just another quality monounsaturated fat to utilize for some variety.
 
Did chest today, still max out at 365 1 rep. So strength is still there. Got a new pwo with dmaa in it. So I felt food.
Theres no nutritional value. I'm hoping it's ok to use.

Ivery, You ought to be alright with that. Though it will produce a release of some glucose being made in your body from protein (gluconeogenesis), you’re not investing exogenous carbs and the supp has no calories I believe. Workouts themselves raise blood glucose.
 
Well, got the meats for the week. I go and look for the reduced meats. Saves alot of money. Got all this for $74 thanks to the discounts.

Strips suck. They can be so inaccurate and vary a huge amount. I’d recommend getting one of the meter devices that measures both glucose and ketone levels — something like this for example: [FONT=&quot][FONT=&quot][/FONT]https://keto-mojo.com/collections/all

But chances are, you’re ingesting sugars from some source, or eating too frequently and bumping your glucose, kicking you out of ketone production.
Figure out if you’re using something that’s raising glucose. And consider adding more intermittent fasting into the equation. Fasting will burn up glucose and raise ketone levels.
Though his methods are for fat asses to lose weight, this guy Cole, truly knows his shit about ketosis. Have a look at these couple vids and apply whatever may be useful:

I'm going to guess I'm eating to much to often. The only thing I'm taking extra is flavor packs for my waters. But they say 0 nutrition value.
The guy for snake juice is intense!!! Lol
 
I think I found my other source. Sweet heat fried pork skins. Says 1g sugar, but ingredients say sugar, brown sugar etc
 
Woo woo!!!! Fasted a little, cut my protein intake and increased my fat intake!

Thank you TB! Yes it's getting easier now. I was under the impression I needed lots of meat. But I really was eating to much meat. And not enough fats. Shoot, I'm taking spoonsful of oil hear and there through the day. Fasting a little through lunch. And instead of large amounts of meat, Smaller portions . 8oz steak instead of 2lb steak, 2 hamburger patties instead of 4, 3 eggs instead 6 and more bacon.
