Agreed I'm 51 mostly BB but I press 450 , do chins with 100 pounds tied so being strong is progress . I shattered my spine in 1995 but since Turn my erectors and abs into my lifting belt - have not used or even owned . I train all my little support parts like Rotator cuff , forearms no straps shirts and deads,squats heavy part of my routine - not heavy Max but I don't know 450 for 12 press behind neck isn't a max either.
Nice!. That's pretty damn good in my opinion. I'd bet you'd do pretty good with strict standing OHP also. Do you do those also? Seriously, that's some impressive weight though.
