I've been asked multiple times on this forum the obvious question: Should I combine Mounjaro and Ozempic with steroids or HGH?
I'll shed more light on these topics in an upcoming article. In a nutshell, there is no clinical or practical contradiction between anabolic steroids and GLP-1 agonists (e.g., Ozempic and Mounjaro). On the contrary, while I’m not advocating for steroid use—considering their array of potential side effects—anabolic steroids can effectively counteract the catabolic effects of calorie restriction, especially when combined with Mounjaro or Ozempic.
As for HGH, it synergizes remarkably well with these GLP-1 agonists. Without promoting its use, it’s worth noting that HGH’s most notable side effect is an increase in blood glucose levels and a subsequent reduction in insulin sensitivity. Conversely, Ozempic and Mounjaro improve insulin sensitivity and help regulate glucose. Together, they offer a profound metabolic synergy.
Stay tuned for a more detailed exploration of these combinations.
