Can injections cause blood clots?

I still have a knot from the painful suspension shot in my right quad on Friday. The inection site itself is still tight and sore, but not red. Strangely, starting today I have redness outside of the injection site and on my inner thigh now. It is not warm at all and does not hurt (only the injection site itself is tender)...but it is still freaking me out lol.

Your good i get narly reactions sometimes even my glutes ince inawhile will get a huge knot and turns pink all over away from spot. You just had a bad shot youd know if something were wrong give it a week, ibe had alot of crazy reactions all over lol
