Starting my bulk up as I wanna get to 190ish before I even think about anything else goal wise I’m trying to budget fairly well so keep that in mind gotta try to keep my daily food cost sub 15$ daily Preferably around 10-15$ I will be buying most stuff in bulk to try ton accomplish this but any pointers would be amazing
*Breakfast 8 am- 4 whole eggs 1 cup of oatmeal possibly some meat or bowl of cereal depending on appetite or sub protein shake
*Snack 10am- pb and j on potato’s bread maybe 2
*Lunch noonish- 8 oz chicken 1 cup of rice and half can of green beans
*Afternoon snack- 2 brautwurst 1 cup of rice and 2 hard boiled eggs
*Dinner- 8oz chicken 1.5 cups of rice and the other half a can of green beans
-Gallon of water a day and protein shakes to meet protein needs if can’t scarf down the food that day but will religiously try to keep myself accountable with every few days or so keeping up on this log

I will be changing meat every so often won’t always eat chicken will switch it up to carne asada or ground beef but any cheap foods that you guys like on a bulk when not caring about eating too clean I can get a little dirty and don’t have to worry too much about bloat as long as i keep in with in reason will adjust as I need more food To continue gaining but as of right now that’ll be plenty to put on the first 10 or so pounds as I’ve been majorly neglecting diet and eating all together and have shrunk starting weight

First post your stats. Age, height, weight, bf %, how long u been working out. Without that we cant put the rest into context. Next your nutrition needs work. Stay away from processed foods like bread, brautwurst etc. I would also only drink protein shakes after workout then have a good complete meal about an hr later. You want to get most of your nutritional needs from good whole food. If youre bulking youre gonna need a lot more calories than what you have listed as your meal plan. I can better advise once you post ur stats.

Damn brother... Tight budget for bulking.

Whey protein, eggs, frozen chicken breast and probably some frozen burger patties if you wanna chance at hitting your 300g nut and making it affordable.

Depending on where you are geographically, what's around for budget type stores (do you have an Aldi's near you...??

Milk, even at Meijer for a gallon has been reasonable @ $1.89, for whole, I would absolutely suggest whole milk until.you can afford protien shakes for instance, but can still be had for reasonable.

Eggs, I've been getting at 59¢ a dozen (all the egg ) don't toss the yolks.

Beef in 5 lb bags & portioined out to last you weekly is thr cheaper way to go cook what you'll.use for two days portion /Pattie & freeze the rest. Fresh veggies first/frozen next, then canned as a last alternative.

Big tubs /bags of oatmeal are relatively cheap as well, and a "must" staple in gaining , cream of rice/wheat same
Not all.that expensive. Do chores /take an odd job on the side for the sole purpose of extra funds for food.

Seek out a restaurant job, that will let you have a neal.ir two as part of your pay, but don't just help yourself & assume, make certain (it you desire this ) it's okay...!

Many, many options...., Find a local restaurant, or food place & ask if you could do odd jobs around the lot, store itself in "Trade for food" or discount on food..

Sky is thr limit, Sam's club and others have a whole "cooked" 3 lb bird for $5, you can eat for a few days on that { if hungry enough } absolutely no reason to "not" be able to get your macros in , DESIRE....! You must want it...!

Why are you on such a restricted budget..? Might I ask..?

Are you young, and still.at home
.?? Serious no financial obligations...?? We all have em'

Just curious, & just trying to help..
