I’m on 500mg a week of test c..I feel great. Just my left nipple is sensitive. Doesn’t hurt. Just feels like it’s chaffed or something. No bumps or anything. Doesn’t look puffy to me. Any feedback would be great. I just get in my head which is a bad place about gyno lol

I have experience with freaking out. Try and relax and forget about it. As long as you are taking an AI you should be fine. Even then some guys don't even need it at the dose you are using. Depends on the person.

I have aromasin on hand. Just don’t wanna take anything if not needed. My head is the worst place. It doesn’t bother me at all with my shirt on. It’s mainly when I have to wear a undershirt all day for work. Like chaffing you know. Getting blood this coming Friday.

That’s what I do. Relax. Breath. Lmao I get so worked up and I know some cats who run wayyyy more than I am telling me to chill and illl be good. But like I just said it only bothers me when I have a tight shirt on. Like chaffing

That's probably all it is then. You could start taking 12.5mg or exemastane EOD and then see what your blood test says...Up to you. Depends on how you react though. Don't take my advice as set in stone though. Get some other guys with more experience in here. See what people say.
 
Everybody's different we all respond differently to different chemicals and doses. Some will tell you to wait until you get some sides before starting an ai. I believe in running it the whole length of cycle to prevent any sides.
 
If i can swing it I will never take another Ai I never realized how bad they made me feel until I quit using them. I read an article or watched a video I don't remember. And this individual used proviron and masteron for their estrogen fighting ability made sense so I tried it have never felt better. We are all different for sure and we all respond differently. Experiment find what works for you. Experimenting is half the fun.

I have 25mg aromasin but it’s in caps not solid pills. Can’t break em up. I feel ok like I said just with a shirt on it’s sore. I’m sweating more but that’s the test working

..so far no estrogen issues...I had gyno back in 2008 and actually had the surgery and everything... Lost like 25 lbs not a fun experience

Damn that sucks. How did you know when you started having estrogen issues? Just blood work?

Nope I was on a test/tren/Winny cycle and had no issues while on cycle...did 4wk pct and then after I quit the nolva I felt dime sized 'bumps' under my nipples about the size of marbles I'd say and firm.

I freaked out tried 4-5 different things to 'fix' it sometimes it would seem temporarily better but then would come right back...

After a year i finally said fuck it spent the 5k (couldn't afford that today lol) and hit up a gyno specialist... Never had an issue since...
 
Bro if your nipples are tender from your shirt rubbing on then its time for an ai immediately man...
 
Proviron, definitely...!

I run it with "every" cycle.., current 100 a day,. 50 a.m. 50 p.m.

And , "yes", Drost does have anti e effect's, nothing dramatic, but it helps with Estro, much in the same way Winny is. An anti-progestenic with regard to Anadrol induce progesterin.

Winny, combined with Anadrol is the shit.

Mast P, may be a better choice however combined with the test stack. Just "my" opinion​.
