So I was recovering from a spinal infusion I had in nov . And was doing great ! And for some crazy dumb ass reason I got talked into arm at the gym . My gym has a few professional arm wrestlers and a lot of young amateur arm wrestlers.
My daughter dates one and kind of talked me into helping his friend train some. I do not arm wrestle!!! And I’ll be 59 in June and the young man is 22 and strong!
I explain I didn’t want to get hurt! I was just getting over a spinal surgery and did not want another injury! He said I wouldn’t and so we began. Incredible I beat him the first go! I was shocked and so was he! lol I think I might of even wounded his ego a bit.
So he said let’s try again and I agreed. He showed me how to hook my leg around the table leg they use . It was a professional arm wrestling table with handles and pads and stuff. I did as he suggested for more leverage.
As we began my daughter was cheering me on and it was like pulling against an oak ! His arm was not moving at all at all 45 degree angle. She said come on dad and I rember pulling my shoulder back to push more and a loud SNAP!
He let go and asked if I was ok . I said let me think about it a second . Stepped back and hit my knees and passed out.
What a fucking night mare this has been!!!!!!!
I was in the hospital 4 days waiting on surgery . And been pushing myself to get back to normal. It’s been slow ! It’s been depressing! I lost my job . I got a new one but got hurt today so sent home. They want a doctors note saying I was able to return to work that I never got. Ughhhhhh the doctor want send one until I see him tomorrow.
Been using box/tb500 last couple weeks and climbed from 1 lb weights back up to 10 to 20s and even 40 lbs on smith machine. A big drop from pre surgeries but more than post surgery. IMG_7053.jpegIMG_7332.jpegIMG_8967.jpeg

I found some rehab videos on you tube due to actual rehab $50 a visit. I simply don’t have that kind of money. I’m just poor blue collar paycheck to paycheck . Thank god for YouTube and all kinds of helpful videos.
But damn I’m tired of hurting! Getting hurt! And just struggling in general. Been doing test 250 a week and started adding a little deca. In theory to help joints along with fish oil and gain some lost muscle back.
Want to run a light cycle and just got 2 vials of ment E -Trestalone in and new bottle of aromasin. Like to start 30 II a week split 15/15 months Thurs and maybe add a blend of test, mast, eq

That's one bad break!

Arm wrestling is darn dangerous and I wouldn't want anything like that happening to me or anyone else, considering the considerable force being exerted on the arm bones. I'm old and already had my share of injury and my most recent was tearing my left Achilles in a gym accident last year.

Heal up and take bpc157 and tb500 along with ghk-cu.

And trying to stay off pain meds is imprtant for me. I have a very addictive personality and will find myself abusing them. That’s one other problem I don’t need for sure!

Dude....that sucks.....especially after you just recovered and now this. Its like WTF. So sorry ta hear this. If its any help I ran a BPC/TB protocol after having a screw placed in my foot for proper healing. I healed over a month sooner after having the same surgery two years prior. My ortho MD was impressed how quickly I recovered. If you want I can post the protocol here. I have posted it at several forums with many members benefiting from the healing process. I've had many great reviews for the regiment.

Ohh yes BPC/TB has really helped me as well as I was back on my feet around 6 weeks after Achilles tendon surgery (and able to take off the boot!) after running the protocol. This should help you heal quickly.

I hear ya on that as well. Was prescribed Oxycontin but never needed any of it as the nerve block given after surgery really got me over the worst pain so all I really needed was 600mg Tylenol instead and pain level never got above maybe a 3.

absolutely I’d like to read the protocol brother!
Here is the 'Total Body Repair' protocol. This is copied and pasted from another forum that I frequent. Again, many have used this protocol with outstanding results. If you have any questions let me know and I'll try my best to help.

Here is the protocol that I used after having surgery on my foot. I healed over a month sooner after having the same surgery on the other foot two years prior. My ortho MD was impressed how quickly I recovered. This protocol along with low dose GH......

TB 500 and BPC-157 Cycle for Total Body Repair
This protocol utilizes a total of 55mg TB-500 (11 x 5mg vials) and 20mg BPC 157 (4 x 5mg vials) with a 3 week loading phase followed by a 5 week maintenance phase. Note that the BPC-157 dosage amounts are in micrograms (mcg).

Loading Phase
Week 1 - Week 3:
Monday: TB-500 5mg / BPC-157 500mcg
Tuesday & Wednesday: BPC-157 500mcg
Thursday: TB-500 5mg / BPC-157 500mcg
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: BPC-157 500mcg
Maintenance Phase
Week 4 - Week 8:
Monday: TB-500 2.5mg / BPC-157 250mcg
Tuesday & Wednesday: BPC-157 250mcg
Thursday: TB-500 2.5mg / BPC-157 250mcg
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: BPC-157 250mcg

Loading Phase: In weeks 1 through 3, the total weekly dose of 10mg TB-500 ensures a rapid initial buildup of Thymosin Beta 4 for immediate healing and recovery as well a weekly total dose of 3.5mg (3,500mcg) BPC-157 to further stimulate recovery and provide added support for joint and connective tissue (tendon and ligament) healing.

Maintenance Phase: Week 4 begins the maintenance portion of the Total Body Repair cycle with a total weekly dose of 5mg TB-500 and a weekly total dose of 1.75mg (1,750mcg) BPC-157. This continues through week 8 and the end of the cycle.

Again, this cycle is a guideline based on real world results

I find that if I go over 30iu of the blend I have. I get massive headaches!!! So I try to keep it around 25iu and I admit I’m not as good at staying on schedule as I should. I’ll work on your protocol as suggested.

I've researched from others that can be a side effect. Run what you can tolerate. No matter you'll still benefit.

Well I Proably lost my new job!!! Fuck I’m cursed in life!
I had to go back for my final checkup on my arm and get my papers to show I’m good to work 100% . My job gave me 3 weeks from my last X-rays when I tweaked it at work. I was good then.
My new x ray shows I’ve broken a screw and one has backed out and my doctor was pissed. I mean oissed! I felt small and like a scolded child. He said I had to quit work . He was not giving me my papers and I might be back in surgery in a month or sooner if I do anything elese .
I’m back in a new brace 24/7 for 6 more weeks. My shoe said just stay home and he’ll talk to hr in the morning but I know what’s coming. I’m so fucked! We struggle as it is .
Would gh help heal this bone?

Oh man, I am so sorry about that! I hope you will get through brother.

Thanks , yep life has taught me over and over to just keep getting up and putting one foot in the front of the other. I know there’s people and kids who are going through worse. It will suck for a bit longer but at least I’m not as bad as so many.
It’s the body dysmorphia I suffer that gets me worse than anything. Such a silly thing to many is a menatal battle that can break me into a 1,000,000 pieces I can’t put back together.
