What are some of the books that you guys like to read pertaining to fitness/diet?
I'm checking out Iron Addict's (Wesley Silveria) Body of Work. Long read but packed with great info.

Yeah I've got most of those burned onto a cd or two.
I photocopied all of Author L. Rea's books years ago and Mick Hart's books years ago but as time goes on there's always new info published.
I just downloaded some stuff from that dude gh15. He's a bit psychotic but he's got some good points on gear usage.

I remember my dad got the Schwarzenegger bible for me when I was in my late teens. I think I read and reread it 3-4x up until my 30's. Wish I knew what I did with it...

Wow to each his own - I consider swarzeneggers books to be the most common knowledge outdated garbage ever written and part of my college studies had required me to read ton of garbage . There are more recent and relevant books out that go into the specific ways of actually doing a repetition and set which after 30 years of personal experience and formal education I consider far more valuable- Arnold stuff to me basic beginners stuff I use to line my cats litter box or wipe my pretty ass lol . Just goes to show how all of us are in so many different places then each other . No offense to anyone just eye opener to how different we all see things . Why though I live for the forums . Never in million years would I have ever advised another to learn by joining community. If I need to explain that then whoa there really is nothing in common. Just to all - look within . All the answers you seek are within yourself . Only you live in your skin and can teach yourself . Always
