Anyone feel free to comment. Ive been trying to find a local place to get bloods drawn that will test what levels i want. Most places say you need to have a doctors refferral. Any ideas or suggestions on how to locate a place. Or maybe something specific I can google.

Some states won't allow it without a doctor. I'm in NJ and get one with an RX. Sucks.

Have you tried privatemdlabs.com

There's only a couple states that don't accept it and it doesn't get much easier.

I looked up privatemdlabs and you order which test you want then find a lab nearest you. Luckly they have one 15 minutes away.
I wouldnt attempt to draw my own, well.... unless i had to! Haha

You possibly check to locate a lab in your area.

There is a company called life extension that has just about every possible blood test you can think of. I've used them several times in the past with good results. All you do is order the panel you want to run
and their doctor approves the requisition form that is then mailed or emailed to you. Then you take that requisition form to a Labcorp to draw your blood. You get the results mailed or email to you in about 2 weeks.

I know this is a few months old, but ya know what they say about searching and not starting new threads so quick.
So what the hell do people in these states, me being one of them, do for bloods? Call their PCP and say "hey i want a hormone panel done." The Dr says "ok why?" and you say what? "Just curious."? lol

Second question, and more serious than the first. With regards to these states - does it actually go by residency? If Im in MA, can I drive to one of the locations in CT or NH and get it done?

For your second question, I do not know for sure without calling Life Extension and asking someone but I believe they would not allow you to complete a blood panel order IF the address you use is in one of those prohibited states. I suppose if you could use another address of a friend or relative in a different state and have them re-mail it to you and then go to a Lab Corps location, you could get around it.

It’s easier to get quality gear than it is to get a fucking blood test. That baffles me. I see no reason why an individual shouldn’t want to know that their hormone levels are in check, just as much as knowing they have healthy cholesterol levels.

I live in new jersey as well but private md does not serve NJ you can check out cractus medical they deal with new jersey and lab Corp prices are good I will use them in 10 weeks when I go back for blood I just took my baseline on Saturday but that's through my doctor.

New Jersey in pain in the ass and if you don't have insurance it's very expensive lucky I have insurance through my job and you can't just walk in to the doctor and ask to get levels checked there has to be a reason they will do a psycial and check up my reason was i want trt so I came off cycle and I have gyno issues so I went to doctor she felt lump and sent me to go check levels
