Do you guys a digital monitor or take it manually? I got a digital monitor but the cuff is too small for my arm so I was thinking about getting a manual monitor but wanted to know what some of you guys do/use

They have ones that go around your wrist that I think would work better for most guys. I don't have one myself but have been thinking about getting one for years.

Omron makes an accurate wrist monitor in the 7 series. A nurse friend of mine suggested it to and it's almost spot on when she measures me manually.

I had the same issue when buying one from walmart, you'll need to go online and order one that has a cuff to fit you.
