Machine fly's - 130x10, 145x10x2

Close grip push ups - 3x25

Skull crusher's - 80x12x2

Pushdown 65x10, 70x10, 70x7 (I was spent)

Kickbacks - 15x10x2
 
I did back tonight. All accessories. Saving my heavy work for the upcoming meet.

Low rows 120x10, 130x10, 140x10

BB rows 135x12, 155x10, 155x9

Rear delt db 20x10, 30x10, 30x8

Face pulls 80x10, 90x10, 100x10

DB shrugs 50x20, 55x20, 60x20

Ez bar curls 3x10 (not sure what the bar weighs?)

Hammer curls cable 80x10, 90x10, drop set to failure.

Cool down db curls

Yes, this place is a local joint they use local meats and veggies and they don't add any preservatives at all. It's good quality food. Macros all laid out
