Ok, some things that really helped me some time ago that I'd like to share. I used to have G.I. issues, but I solved that. One thing, is to chew your food thoroughly. I started doing this, and I noticed a big difference. The more thoroughly you chew your food, the easier and more you will absorb from it. Eat more fiber. Fiber aids in digestion and elimination. I suggest 50 grams minimum daily of fiber. It will keep your colon clean. Drink more water. Water aids in digestion and works with fiber in digestion, elimination, absorption and colon cleansing. 1 gallon daily minimum of water, and that's on the low end. I drink 2 gallons daily, sometimes up to 3 gallons on training days. Try digestive enzymes, especially HCL. The only digestive enzyme that I really noticed that worked for me, was HCL taken before every meal. If the others work(papain, bromelain, ox bile, etc.)then by all means, take them as well before every meal. When I changed to this regimen, I noticed a profound difference in my digestion and general G.I. health also. You will notice how much more well formed your bowel movements are, not including larger and more frequent. You will feel better as well. Give this a try and you'll see what I'm talking about.
