the potatoes are high on the glycemic index because of the starch, also the beans, and bananas are high in sugar, they all cause an insulin spike and promote fat storage , try spinach, Brussel sprouts, mushrooms and Cale instead, especially broccoli!. A 3 to 1 ratio 6000mg to 2000mg will work for most people because it is very difficult to consume so much vegetables. the muscle voluming effects of potassium loading is rarely experienced by most because sodium is always the higher percentage consumed in 99% of Americans.Wow... Lots of valuable, advanced info in here.
High potassium foods I was looking at:
- Leafy greens
- Broccoli
- Salmon
- Potatoes
- Bananas
- Navy beans (wtf are they?)
Some other things i left off, feel free to add to the pile.
