I've used Fitday for years. MyFitnessPal looks ok but I'm not impressed. I'm just googling now and looking at Perfect Diet Tracker. Like I said, used Fitday for years, but they haven't updated their software in years either.
I made an excel sheet. Pretty basic but you add your food and macros in and adds it all up for you. I can email if you want.

I use fitnessPal but after my just absolutely horrific binge of a 5 slice peanut butter and jelly AFTER just smashing beef stew and a rack of saltines it doesnt matter what app I use. Holy fuck did that binge just own me. Wtf just happened......lol
