Let me see some of you guys post some pics of from when you first started lifting and where you are at today. This is me when I just got back into the gym like 2.5 years ago. In this pic I had already been lifting for like 6 months dedicatedly, in the gym 6-7 days a week. This before pic was in the Bahamas and even on the cruise I was in the gym on the boat everyday. Hard work pays off guys, I'm still not where I want to be but I'm a lot closer then where I was . Get some swoldiers

Oops I forgot to post the pic lol

Do me a favor pull the shorts down a little further in the middle pic lol.... Damn thats a hell of a difference you look 100× better! I let myself go a little after transitioning to powerlifting but soon im gonna loom awesome i been dieting real good.

Ok I'll Pm you the pic lol jk.. the only thing I miss is my skin man I had awesome skin, I'm scarred the fuck up now. I'm either going to have to get laser treatment or get blasted, but getting blasted will take away from the definition. I guess I'll just have to try and blow the fuck up some more and not worry about the cuts and striations haha

Hell no bro..Ink is bad ass....represent..stronger then all!!!!!!

That's probably going to be my best option, but tattooing over that scar tissue that shits going to hurt like a mofo

Yes you can get some really high-end numbing cream..if your artist is really good..he can also do skin tone ink..and just touch you up..If you don't want black or color ink..I have a feeling your going to be fine!!

Some one sent me an old pic of me when I first started lifting a little over 3 years ago and the other pic is now

Thank you guys you don't really notice how much work you put in till you look back. When your looking and judging yourself every day it's hard to see the work you've done, you just think what needs to be adjusted
