Before and after working out

What do you eat before and after working out? This is what i do
Before:
I get up at 6 am
-2 cups of Cuban coffee (black)
-6 oz of water
-2 cups raw oats
-1 tee spoon of honey
- 2 scoops isoflex

After:

-2 cups of raw oats
-1 spoon peanut butter
-3 scoops isoflex
-unsalted roasted peanuts
I put all together in a bowl and stir with a little bit of warm water
 
I always train in the AM as awell and I always train fasted....even on strength days. The only thing I take prior to a workout is a pre workout drink. I don'y like to eat prior to training because I feel bloated and I definitely can't prefrom cardio when bloated.

Post workout meal consists of high carb/protein shake right after on strength training days and a good solid meal appr. 1-2hrs later. On cardio days I'll eat my breakfast when I get hungry...usually some eggs veggies of some sort and some hummus.
