Been trying to make a comeback for sometime now

Plagued by injuries and everything else possible I'm finally back bodybuilding not just lifting weights. Only have had full use of my shoulder since mid December (Rotator Cuff) I'm bulking hence the extra BF. But I'm at 198-ish here. 5' 7.5". I plan to bulk for 8 more weeks (wont get any fatter than already am tho). Aim is to get to 205-208, before an 8 week cutter to tighten up to a trim 195#

poor quality photo bc phone has been dropped a million times and its in a tanning booth, but its ab 10 days old but roughly 1 mo out from last pic, still holding similar weight 198-202.5. Waist is down a little more to an even 35" now other measurements still pretty much same slight increase in cold arm but minimal. However considering I'm still bulking Im pleased to be not be putting on bodyfat.

Definitely seeing a difference in the first and second pictures. Second pic your delts traps and top abs are def filling in. Looking good bro you tighten up that diet and your gonna look sick!!!!!

lol, yah 218# with abs @ 5' 7.5" pre-kidney failure, then I just cruised for a few years and sat around 180 which for a lifelong bodybuilder was pretty depressing then quit for 2 years all together and got fat. I still have yet to do legs since I got out of the hospital. Beings I wasn't really back in the gym until mid Dec and I only had a few months to grow I focused on what I knew would come back quickly & when I fire up a bulker again in Oct it will be primarily to bring my legs up to par with my upper body and basically just maintaining what I have up top. I don't wanna look freaky anymore so if I can just get back to the 215# range lean this time next year I will be satisfied.

Cutter started Sunday, swapped out deca for winny @ 75/day and the meal plan is as follows:

Stats: Bodyweight gonna round to 200# beings I do have a range of 198-203, height 68.5" & age 30.

BMR = 1979.2

Little update: Pic taken 4.24.17, 193.5# waist has dropped slightly (34.75") nothing too impressive considering I gave up 5# for the 1/4"...However I think my last 4 weeks of tax season and lack of calories, sleep and missed gym days factor into that. It's an un-flexed abdominal picture for a change hence the lack of definition there. Not sure yet if I'm going to call it a day on the cutter and just maintain or not, I'd like to be a little leaner but I don't wanna sacrifice too much mass in order to do so, especially if another .25" is gonna hit me for 5 more lbs. I'm down to 375/wk of Test right now, next week 250/wk for a week, then I'll run 100/wk until I see my endo in june. After that I'll decide if I want to lean out a little more or if I'm going to just cruise on my typical 250 every 7-10 days. Also gotta make a call on taking a break from GH or not. I don't really want too but it isn't the cheapest thing to be cruising on.

& if I was a better multi-tasker I'd be flexing my abs and it would look more impressive of a transformation but the jan pic where I'm soft I aint flexing as there is nothing to flex so I guess its a truer comparative.
