On the flip side, what percent is the beef you get? I am having some issues with local grocers - they are all like all we get is 90/10 and Im like yeah but you got lean meat you can grind. I have a butcher nearby, last week I had them grind a sirloin and made burgers (best burgers ever). However, small gripe, I paid $9.99/lb and as I always do I weighed my burgers before pattying them out. All ground total was .835lb and the weight on the label was 1.225lb. So I mentioned it to them when I went back and they gave me a very small discount lol, I love beef, get it together folks!
