Anyone with epigastric hernia experience?

Hello brothers, just wondering if any of you gentlemen have experience with epigastric hernias? Got a good sized bulge that seems to resend within an hour or two of doing deadlifts. Granted I'm going heavy(for me anyway) on the deadlifts at 5 sets of 5-6 reps at 500+. No abdominal pain other than the Tren heartburn due to current cycle. Dreading going to the doc only to be told I need surgery in the middle of my best cycle to date and will be down and out for months. If it protruded and stayed out obviously I'd be super concerned, but being it resendes back with no pain, I'm curious if anybody else has had something like this? Thanks in advance for the imput, sorry it's a long post....

I have a pretty big umbilical hernia. A few years back I had a small bulge I decided to get fixed and it came back worse than before, A lot worse. For the most part It doesn’t bother me. More fugly than anything.

I guess my only real concern not knowing alot about this type of hernia would be the potential for something to get pinched and cutoff blood supply.

My doctor said to watch for it to turn purple. She said go to the E.R. If that happens. I know a few people that have had them for many years. Mines been like this going on five years now.

You too huh...? Same here, just never had it fixed, I'd like to.

But I've so seen these class action lawsuits on some defunct "mesh" inserts or something too, so if like to see the advanced in this field and ask a few Q's first.
