But it is an Dopamine receptor "agonist" , but may still be a Prolactin "antagonist" ...??

That sounds right.
In laymen's terms, Caber will drastically lower your prolactin levels which in turn raises your dopamine levels. Making it a dopamine agonist.
Interestingly enough, anti-psychotic psychiatric meds such as Risperdal and Haldol actually lower dopamine and raise prolactin. Dopamine antagonists. it's believed that "out of whack" dopamine pathways are the cause of schizophrenic behavior like paranoia and hallucinations. So by lowering dopamine overall, the disorder can be controlled, despite the lethargy and sexual dysfunction caused by lowering dopamine. Which is better than being Looney tunes your whole life.
