Kool, it's kinda like the snake/serpant that you see wrapped around a beam scale (balance beam )that you see on Pharmacy items, or packaging, but without the scale. Slick

that shit on top of the hand/wrist hurts like hell I bet, the bottom of my wrist is probably the worst tat location I've had, and Elbow! thick as skin has to be pinned deep, lol! Cool tats bro!

Yep. So fucking true fellas. Since I got these two latest tattoos it had been 11 years since I got work done and that was on my right on which is probably a total of two grand

The other thing is good ink work isn't cheap, and cheap work isn't good, most of the time! 99% I'd say.

Yep. Good artist start at $100 an hour. But the big one on my arm only took two hours! I was surprised. Had my ear buds in jamming and before I knew it he was done. The artist name is urban and he has done almost all my pieces. Tipped him $100 dollars the other day.

I haven't had any work since my son was born 7'ish years ago. My last tattoo was my son's footprint that the hospital does for every child birth. This thread reignited my need for ink lol. I still want to get a portrait of my son near footprint (over heart). Or on my left side on rib cage. I hear that area is one of the most painful. Whats your thoughts?

Rib cage sux! from Everyone I know who has them there. I can't say none in either of those locations. Upper back/shoulders is not bad, elbow and wrist where the skin is tough, and hurts from repeat passes to hold color.
Longest I set was a peice on my calf, 7 straight hours, at the end of the session. I had to quit, I started flenching when the machine came on,.lol!!

I think the reason why I and maybe others pay over months salary for ink work that most will keep of it in private as we don't go walking around without our shirt off too unless we at beach on vacation lol.

I think the reason is because my body is the ONLY THING I HAVE final say...Every other decision I make is influenced by my environment. THE only thing I have control over is whatever is within my physical reach and most of the time I still am not allowed to do whatever I wanted to do with my reach lol. Life is constantly pully in all different direction. I guess thats what it means to be a grown up, but gosh, I want to be a selfish little kid lol (rant over lol )
