Notes:
The refeed did really well. The scale barely moved. I had check ins and we're still holding tight. My body temp felt elevated so I anticipate that my metabolism will get a kickstart to burn through all the food the next few days and I think i'll hit some new lows. The rest days also helped and my leg day was brutal.

Chest day was amazing. I wish I took photos. Even cutting, my chest, shoulders, and arms appear to have finally caught up to my legs. Normally, my chest days are difficult because I have a torn labrum in my right shoulder and my pressing movements are really shoulder dominant but by ensuring I do a shoulder mobility/stability warm up for my pressing movement days, I'm able to really put the emphasis on my chest. My chest is the biggest lagging part of my physique and I may have what I need to focus on growth.

Notes:

Gym session was good. Got a few random compliments which was an ego boost. It's just cause there's more separation, the whole "get leaner, look bigger than you are". The lower calories and PSMF diet is starting to affect my strength in the gym; I couldn't do 3 plates on the T-Bar. Idk if it was fatigue related, but I think its just the carbohydrate intake being low as I'm depleting stored glycogen that's affecting my lifts. But, I know this is what is supposed to happen. I'm not getting "weaker" or "losing muscle", I'm just having less glucose for ATP production, which is what I want so my body is forced to use the stored body fat.

I am starting to notice loose skin in my lower abdomen. The last time I cut this hard, I lost 100lbs and finally got "in shape" but i didn't get quite lean enough for the loose skin. Most people are upset about the loose skin, which is understandable but for me, I am welcoming it. It tells me that I've got things figured out and I'm making progress. When I am standing up, you cannot tell I have any loose skin (yet), it is only noticeable if I'm sitting down and you can see it starting to show.

It's about time for me to schedule bloodwork.

Had another refeed. Body has been feeling a bit burnt out, and that’s resulted in me taking more rest days than normal. I am still prioritizing protein on this PSMF diet, I just had some extra calories, and have been trying to get in a nap here and there to help with recovery.

I am in the process of a transition in my life, moving out of my house, dealing with a divorce and still being present for my kid, but bodybuilding is still my focus.

I actually lowered my testosterone dose this week due to some nipple sensitivity I have been having. I have been almost at a 1:1 ratio with Test to Primo this cycle. Previously, running a 2:1 or 5:3 test to primo ratio has crashed my estrogen. I think this may have something to do with getting my liver fixed with the daily glutathione injections, as my body isn’t able to create the precursors necessary for endogenous glutathione production. I have lab work tomorrow morning so we’ll see what is going on under the hood. But as I get closer to the end of the year where I’ll be making a determination on “X weeks out” from a show, I’ll likely be switching up the cycle to a more contest appropriate stack. So lowering my testosterone dose isn’t really that much of a concern for me. I will be running a standard protocol of accutane in the near future and so in preparation for that, I’ve added in a GHK-Cu daily injection (along with 30mg of Zinc to offset the copper)to help with the skin healing. I want to get that on board and going before I start accutane to help with the healing as the accutane causes the increased cellular turnover. When I start the accutane, I’ll also be increasing my glutathione dose.

When I switch to contest prep stack, it’ll likely be Test P and Mast P, but I’m still planning on keeping Tren E on board because I respond very badly to Tren Ace. When I am 4-6 weeks out, I’ll start to add in orals and titrate those to the look, but that’s still quite a ways off.

Chest day sucked. Some 18 year old kid who has already bulked way too far kept wanting to talk to me about the top Classic and Open bodybuilding pros. I was trying to be patient with him, but it kept throwing me off and he kept following me around the gym like a puppy. Like, I don’t care about the top pros; I’m trying to focus on getting myself there and every day counts. I have a minimum of 3-5 years to build a pro level physique, and another 2-3 years after before I have a shot at going further than that.

Another rest day. In the middle of moving so its interfered a bit with my lifting schedule. I’m still getting in my cardio though. I got some of my results back from bloodwork, but some is still pending. Big impact is my T3 and T4 are both really low. I decided to not make any changes to my T3 and raise my T4 significantly and give it time. I think it’s due to the HGH/Tren that is just forcing the conversion of T4 into T3 and my body is just burning through everything.

Cholesterol made leaps and bounds on improvement, Liver enzymes are great. My ALT was in range but I’d like to see it a bit lower so I raised my glutathione dose from 125mg daily to 150mg daily and we’ll see how that does.

When my bloodwork fully finishes on results, I’ll share that in my daily log.

Another rest day unfortunately. And i didn’t get to do as much cardio as I wanted. In the middle of moving and it’s thrown my entire schedule off. I’ve got everything set to get back on plan properly. Still waiting on final bloodwork results to come back. I am noticing I am holding a decent amount of water that I was unaware of; i rested my knees against a metal gate that was like a grid, and there was pitting edema (4+) in my knees. Looks like I’ll be upping the water intake a bit paired with the sauna and getting back to my regular cardio routine.

Weight hasn’t changed for the past few days, but we’re up a few pounds from last week. I did notice I am holding on to some water, but I got some of my lab work back and my cortisol is through the roof. I’m not super concerned about it, I’m dealing with a lot of personal life issues but they’re starting to get taken care of so I should have a return to how I was before. I did do a few Classic Poses this check in for practice because I don’t do them very often. I’ll have to take the time to do them more to get better

Notes:
Amazing Shoulder day. I have a torn labrum in my right shoulder but I did not feel any pain, and I had a great pump. I decided to cycle off of Clen for the time being and add in 5mg Nebivolol daily because my resting heart rate is getting too high (100-120) even when I’m sleeping, etc. I can take a few weeks off, and then come back on at a lower dose with fresh receptors so I’m not worried.

I hit the sauna for about 15 minutes after my lift and the sweat session was the most I’ve ever sweat before, even when I used to be in the army in the Middle East. I’m definitely holding on to some water, but it’s nice to see it coming off.

Started running Bronchogen, a Russian bioregulator. Killer leg day today, was motivated all through it. I spent 10 mins in the sauna post lift and would have gone a bit longer but some asshole stepped out and put on Vicks rub on himself and then came back in and that messed up my breathing in the sauna.

I recently started trying a non-stim pre workout and I’m finding that it does help with my performance in the gym without being cracked out and messing with my sleep. Or maybe it’s coincidence, but I’m enjoying it.

So the last few days, over the holidays, I had gone out of town. I wasn’t tracking any of my food, and I had a few days off. The reason for this is because they published the NPC Schedule for 2026 finally. I decided on a show that I will be competing in. I am for sure competing in Men’s Physique, but I may decide to add in classic this go around. I will be competing on 21 March 2026 in Houston, TX. This makes me 12 weeks out, or 84 days out.

I did put on some weight with the holidays but as I look at my physique, it’s just water and glycogen. I’ll have a few days of low/no carbs, up the cardio, spend some time in the sauna and it will all come off. I should drop down to somewhere between 160-162lbs.

The other reason I decided to increase my food during the holidays, aside from enjoying the holidays with family, was because going I finally got all of my lab work back and my cortisol is through the roof. It came in at 25.3mcg/dL, with a reference range of 4.0-22.0mcg/dL. So this week with the holidays just ended up being a “diet break” to give my body time to relax, let my cortisol, leptin and thyroid hormones reset as I have been cutting for 9 weeks already. Then I’ll be going into this 12 week prep nice and fresh.

I’ve made some changes to the gear protocol. I upped my T3 and T4 because my thyroid hormones were all crashed. Something has changed in my body, probably my liver working better with all of the glutathione usage so my estrogen management is much better. I used to end up with crashed estrogen when I ran a 5:3 test to primo ratio. My estradiol came back at 27 on 300 test, 400 primo. So it looks like I can run more Primo now without crashing my estrogen. I’ve dropped the Tren because I’ve been on it for 9 weeks, and starting at 6 weeks out, I’ll be adding Tren back in so i wanted to give my body a break from all of the Tren. So just Test and Primo for now and focus on the diet compliance.

Now that we are in “prep”, I will have to be a lot more strict with the diet and food choices.

I’m going to be consuming 225g protein, 100g carbs, 40g of fats at the start of this, which comes out to 1660. I’ll probably do some playing around with carb cycling depending on how my performance in the gym is and how I’m feeling.

Again, because of my Cortisol levels, I’m actually going to bring my cardio down to 30 minutes a day for now, and gradually increase as I go. I need to be careful about the inflammation aspect because my body is prone to it and water retention.
