It's best to divide dosage throughout day to keep stable levels!!
Always dosing one dose pre-workout seems to help me. Placebo?? Who cares...

As stated be sure u get legit Anavar.

Good point on splitting your doses...one in the AM and another dose in the PM.

I strongly agree that in getting a female's perspective along with learning from their experiences will teach everyone a different aspect of PEDs that will not only benefit female users but males as well. I learn something new everyday from the experience and knowledge here at HCU. I feel privileged to be a member of the awesome board. A big thanks to RED.
 
Being that you just need a little bit of Var and in smaller doses I’ve got a pack of these sitting at home doing nothing. I’d bought them for an ex a year or so ago. Just sayin...

Ok, I asked and my buddy that competes in bikini replied with the quickness. (female buddy just in case anyone wondering lol). I was very surprised about her rad140 vs var experience and 12.5mg T3 pre bed. But me being surprised is due to me not knowing anything about RAD140 and most sarms. Not sure why she takes T3 before bed because I've always heard take 1st thing in morning w/ empty stomach.

I've also heard primo tabs are great for females since dose is low with great results, but I don't know anything else about that other than that lol.

Last but not least, this may work great for my she buddy but not so great for other females.


I've take rad140 10-15mg for 3 weeks up to 20-25mg last 3 then switched to 10mg var

Tbh so far rad has been better than var w less sides

T3 and nolva

Clen 20 start gradually up to 100

Helios start at .25 on each side of stomach or love handles went up to 1ml each side (pre comp)

T3 is 25 in the am and 12.5 pm pre bed

Nolva 20 am

My opinion is someone who is so new to training shouldn't start using steroids. You've only been in the gym 3 months....

Ditto !!!! I honestly don’t get people and worse when we don’t say hey ? Steroids don’t burn fat , steroids are not a short cut . Steroids don’t make it easier . You seem to already have good routine , great self discipline . These are what builds great physique. Not drugs . Yeah I use but trained natty 15 years before my 20 plus cycles under belt . I think for goals that steroids not needed. Diet is the cornerstone of body composition. It’s also the part that’s most difficult to execute. However you get that down the rest is cake . Seriously!!!
 
I’ve been a fitness instructor, in & out of the gym since 2006. But, just recently really gotten into lifting, and it peaked my interest into competing, which I started training for three months ago. So I’m not exactly new to weights, and the gym, just new to the heavier lifting.

Good for you BTW , on the decision to take it to the next level, { well, competition that is...! }

You've got a "Splendid " base to work with. Just set your sites in bringing up what you feel to be "weak" points , & put emphasis on those, while training about the same , or diff variety of exercises to maybe hit the already "mature" musculature to improve, or maintain. Be your own "Critique" er..! (Is that a word.. ?? Lol.. ) be honest with yourself, competition can be fun , I still @53 look to Qualify again "National" & run with it b4 I'm too old.
