I personally would trash the fake HGH vials. You shouldn't need to be his/her reshipper. Imagine what a sponsor would have to deal with due to this type of negative feedback... Now imagine what a sponsor would have to deal with when folks read about how the sponsor rectified his mistake with offer of a full refund + a friendly gesture and send you 1 free HGH kit or mutually resolve issue.

I'll never fault someone for making mistakes because its human nature to make mistakes. Some folks makes more mistakes then others. Then there are some folks don't learn and keep making same/similar mistakes However, what distinguish and defines us are the actions we take after we made a mistake.

Customer here said the hgh popped positive on a pregnancy test. No problem, we offered to take care of it but I advised MGG to have him ship it FOR TESTING. I have mass spec and GC connections at a major university NEAR THAT ADDRESS YOU THINK IS A CUSTOMER.

So, why do I recommend he gets him to ship it first? Good question. Anyone can fake a preggo test. I have hcg on hand. It’s really simple to pop that on a test and claim it’s hgh. So this serves two purposes, if it’s fake there’s no problem shipping it (and being compensated) and it allows me to get it checked out to what it is or isn’t, as we need to keep quality control. This is the first complaint, you’re damn well we need to have all the info when we start asking questions to our suppliers.

Finally, a customer being adamantly against the process indicates they may be acting in with less than honest intentions.

No one threw a fit. He was unwilling to ship and became defensive. He was told his behavior was like a scammer and buddy boy took it personally.

We tried very hard to work with this guy and he just makes threats and throws fits. He got his replacements shipped before shipping the “bad hgh”, despite my recommendation, and still wants to bitch and moan.

Much like the customer needs to protect themself, so does the supplier.
