That’s a really good one. I forgot about the quick rice pouches.

i use them everyday - i usually crack 3 eggs in a skillet. scramble them - add the pouch of rice and pack of chicken (add some shrimp if feeling fancy)voila - teriyaki chicken and fried rice - and use that for my meals every day for lunch - but he was asking for no prep meals so had to drop some ingredients

Yea I hear you. I usually get very primal with my meals. I often have a large bag of chicken breasts and another bag of sweet potatoes or almonds, and I just eat out of each bag for all my meals. I used to prep each meal with unique ingredients, but after a while I got used to eating the same thing over and over again, and really couldn’t care less now.

Do you just thaw and eat cold pre-cooked chicken breasts? That’s how I’m reading this. Just you gnawing on uncooked sweet potatoes and cold chicken breasts.

Lol reading it back I get how you can read it like that, my bad... Not uncooked, but definitely cold. Not frozen. In ziplocks, refridgerated after cooking, I have a cooler and keep it in my car or at my desk. I’m on the road a lot, but need to keep up with my meals and do not like having a lot of shakes. I’m able to eat every 2-3 hours no fail like this. I am not above having cold chicken strips or breast and baked or boiled sweet potato. If I’m around a microwave I will heat it up, but if not then fuck it, still gotta get in my meals. I eat close to 300 grams of protein usually. It works for me.

Not a bad idea at all and cost effective.
