I'm approaching 30 this year and I've heard and read so many things about 30ies being your prime years for muscle maturity. Can anyone vouch for this? Give me something to look forward to :)

And, your already pretty good sized right..? I thought I saw your basic stats, 250+ down from a bit higher..?

To answer your question z that's tuff, as I really didn't take much of an interest in being serious about lifting, actually "changing" my Physique til in my early 30's, and I say tuff, because even at 52 I "still" haven't blossomed "fully".

But, in a few years time went from an average of 163-167 most of my 20's { 6'2" } got to 241 by around 40 , competed a second time at 42 and won the HW @ 202 & qualified to do National Level competition, but went no further. Always wanted to be 250+ , it was a lot of eating no doubt, currently back at it (training ) going on 2 years, after falling to 148 lbs today 208

This winter by mid Jan, hoping to achieve 225-235 of reasonable keepable Quality, slowly cut it up for the spring.

So, while I don't know about 30's being that sweet spot per se' for maturity, but I gained the most during that time.

And, have now regained most of that, just going after the spit & 0polish, final 30 lbs roughly.
