I know every one of you guys is in 20 times better shape than me, but when I feel like shit, I like to look where I was two years ago, at least now I am not the fattest fucker on the beach when I go.

Great job!
But I gaurantee every member on here is not in “20 times better shape then you”
Stop selling yourself short and give yourself a pat on the back

Just keeping on keeping on, that’s all I can do. I’ve been on a bit of a powerlifting kick for the last year too, so I’m sure by getting more into hypertrophy and a little cleaner eating is going to help a ton. Thanks guys, you sure know how to make a gal blush.

Isnt this the truth! You look great bro, who the hell cares what anybody thinks, everyone has different goals, and outlooks. If your happy that’s all that matters, don’t get stuck trying to look like Dorian Yates cause that takes a lot more than you think, and really, you look better than the Dorian now so hats off to you!

Keep powering forward and in 2 years you should look real sick.

Your progress is incredible! That’s all that matters . No man ever looks for approval from another . Just look yourself ! Carry on whatever you do keep on going !! One thing in bodybuilding. Done consistently you always improve . Bro who cares what I say but I’m damn impressed!!!!

Also you already look jacked
2 I personally hated Yates sorry all of fI woke up and saw Yates in mirror when he was prime I’d slice my throat . Not a fan of freaky big belly HG gut varicose veins .
3. You may actually be in 20 times better shape then most here . Just like me of course bah ha ha

Congrats ...Hard work is something I respect and shows tells a lot about the person. Not many can do this day in and day out and stick with it and 2 years is a good start. You obviously are in the lifestyle now congrats

Bro every time I see this thread I’m amazed . Share with all how you made miracles happen . That pic on right you could compete as amateurs are not in good a shape . Believe ! Seriously shares supps, diet what training you done . You got great pecs delts tie in, good abs damn .

I really am pretty damn proud of where I am at, compared to where I was. But I’ll break it all down just a bit.
The pic on the left I was 255, I’m 6’3, and I had 7 lbs of nipple I needed to get rid of lol. I planned out my meals with extremely low calories, (for me anyway), zero carbs, and forced myself to do an hour of fasted cardio in the morning, then what little energy I had left I would do lots of supersets and hypertrophy type workouts. I just wanted to lose fat, and I did. I went from 255 to 205 in 3 months. The only sups I took during this time was osterine, and began gw toward the end.
Then I decided I wanted to start building muscle. I wasn’t scared of jumping on the juice wagon, as I had done a couple of cycles when I was 18-19, (I’m 31 now), so I did a 10 week test only cycle at 400 mg a week just to see where it got me, and I felt great. Gained about 15 lbs, some was water obviously. A month or so after that I did a 12 week cycle of 400 Test Cyp, and 300 tren E a week. Was I in for an insane surprise. Other than a little bit of nipple soreness, I had virtually no sides, but was doing more of a powerlifting routine at this point, there are a few other guys in my town that are big into it, so it was a good driver for me. But my dead lift went from 365 to 510 during that cycle. I was building muscle but eating almost 5k calories a day trying to keep up with my friends lifting.
Since then I have done a few cycles with variations of test, tren, eq, deca, and every sarm on the market. But just after Christmas I did a cycle of
500 test sust
400 tren e
400 eq
Weekly
I know those dosages aren’t exactly ideal, but it was just 1cc 2 times a week of each, so it was just really convenient.

Cleaned up my diet significantly, and cut back down from 240 to 220, which is about where I was in the pic on the right. (That pic is about 6 weeks post cycle, on a 100 ml/wk cruise on test cyp) Now I just want to get to single digits of fat, just to say I can do it.

Well you certainly did it the right way. You focused on losing fat THEN building muscle.
I get so tired of the threads where someone wants to drop a shit ton of body fat while building muscle at the same time.
You really can’t do both successfully. One takes a surplus of calories while one takes a deficit to really work
