For two week runs I like too front load 750 for 3 days then drop too 500 its like doing 500 on the 5th day without the build up . 500 is my sweet spot fat loss is significant and sides are tolerable . 250 a day for only two week run isn't going too yield a ton and 750 is still safe but the sides are pretty rough and outweigh the added benefit . as far as diet use your normal fat loss protocol that works for you . ( if you don't have a proven fat loss diet you use I think you may be getting ahead of yourself with the DNP I don't believe in using DNP too loose fat without dieting it take longer and it isn't safe or smart. If your on DNP loosing 1.5 to 2 lbs a week your doing it all wrong.

It flattens you out and causes water retention most eat like shit on it making the water way worse so you look shitty but if your strict you still look good because even though your a little bloated and your flat your getting lean so fast you still look better unless your one of the more carbs equals more fat loss but 3 weeks in they look the same and I've gotten damn near stage ready so I think that bull shit is just an excuse too be a pigI’ve always been intrigued by DNP. I’ve heard plenty that there’s a psychological warfare that goes on in your head, doesn’t it make you super flat. But after you get off is when you really see the results. If I ever did it I probably would want to be on gear to prevent any muscle wasting

I’ve psyched myself out too much to even consider the thought of insulin. But lmao at “don’t end up diabetic like a lot of dummies”I stay around 8 to 10 % year round so in 2 weeks I can be almost stage ready . I bulk for 6 weeks and cut with DNP on a very low carb diet for 2 weeks . main purpose is the reset in insulin sensitivity I get from it after 6 weeks high carb with exogenous insulin use . this way I stay really lean year round and don't end up diabetic like a lot of dummies .

Type 2 diabetes is really only severe insulin insensitivity caused by being over weight and eating in a huge surplus constantly spiking insulin constantly even though muscle and liver glycogen is full and keep piling it in the fat cells till they become resistant. Constantly spiking insulin too supraphysiological levels will cause the same thing when you lean and control your diet you can reverse this very easily . actually fat fucks can too but they would have too stop eating shit and loose weight that's not gonna happen . also some bodybuilders will not take breaks and keep adding more and more till there doing 60 to 100 IU at a time with 100 gm of carbs . if I too 20 iu with 100 gm carbs I'd go hypo .I’ve psyched myself out too much to even consider the thought of insulin. Im going to try some dnp im 6'1" 205 and finishing up some trest ace, and desoxy t ace. Need some advice on how much dnp to take what to eat and drink while on a 2 week run. Whats a good dosage for me

That's why I do hardcore diet for two weeks and just take it 10 days cause the sides are awefull but it works like magic but those dudes doing 1 month runs fuck that. If I need longer 1 week on 1 offDNP is no joke, just make sure you educate yourself on it before taking it. I tried it out a few years ago and it made me feel like aboslute shit, i know i started low ( 200 or 250 per day and bumped up ever week, cant re-call exact protocol) and 2.5 weeks in i couldnt handle it, felt like utter shit, wasnt worth it IME.

Its pick your poison ( literally ) with DNP runs, some like the furnace blast approach, i know dudes that say the best way to run it is very low dose EOD for 4+ weeks, either way, its a fucking harsh drug, dont take it lightly. 3 days or so into 750 mg/day i was done, just exhausted all fucking day. I was standing outside in 30 degree weather in shorts and tshirt to cool off each night. Hitler used to give it to his soliders in WW2 to help stay warm during the Russian winters. Has a very interesting history if you ever look into it.
Really? Not too surprised. Military has done stuff like give the solider amphetamines to stay alert.
