16% to 12% weight loss plan

Hey everyone,

I'm currently 184.4 sitting at 16% bodyfat at a height of 5 ft 10. Looking to drop down to 12% or even 10% bodyfat if possible over the next few weeks. I was wondering what kind of macros would you guys recommend.

Running test e only at the moment in order to maintain my muscle mass at 750 mg a week.

I was looking at possibly going with about 2,000 cals 250 p 150 carbs and 44 fats to start and drop slowly over the next few weeks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You mentioned losing in the "next few weeks" which sounds like you're in a hurry. I'd drop the carbs to next to nothing, keep fats moderate and high protein.
Do a re-feed about every 4-5 days or even once a week by adding in some carbs.

Yeah wanted to cut for like 8-10 weeks

I've done the palumbo keto diet in the past which is I believe protein at 2x bodyweught and fat at .5 x bodyweight just hated not being able to get a pump in the gym
