It crashed,warmed it up . Now it's clear as day. I've ran into before with t.n.e. and never had an issue once it was brought back.

Meal 1:*
4 eggs whites*
5oz steak*
2 packet instant grits or oatmeal or 1/2 cup cream of rice (70 grams carbs )

Meal 2:*
7oz chicken breast
6oz sweet potatoes
1 cup green beans
Meal 3:*
7oz chicken breast
2 whole wheat low carb tortillas
1 cup jasmine rice
1 cup green beans
Meal 4: (pre workout meal)
8oz chicken breast
2oz pasta*
1 banana or 1 cup pineapple*
1/2 whole avocado
1 cup broccoli

Meal 5: (post workout meal)
8oz beef*
8oz baked potato*
1 cup broccoli

Meal 6:*
8oz salmon or 10oz ground turkey
1 cup green beans
Post workout
2 scoops whey isolate/hydrolyzed
1 package poptarts*and 20oz Gatorade or 12oz grape juice

So this my current diet. I had started Dieting down and got down to about 205 from 231 for my next show and my coach told me . We need take a long offseason and head to Heavyweight class. So that's where we are at now.
Started this diet 3 weeks ago with the slin,GH,igf1 lr3 and I'm sitting at 222 right now. Moving in the right direction.
I purposely kept out my insulin dosing protocol in this because I honestly don't want someone to try it that may not keep such a disciplined diet as myself. More just cautionary. I know most of you guys know your stuff but there's always that one person and that's the last thing I want to see happen.
Also GH is now at 6 i.u daily and igf1 lr3 is 40mcg pre

So had a ruff couple days. It was the year passing of my mom's death so I spent the weekend out with my dad and brother. Ate like shit and didn't train. Dug myself out the rut though. Yesterday Everything was back to normal . All meals accounted for to plan. Did shoulders and cardio yesterday. About to head and hit legs,cardio and tan. I'll post up workout when back.

Sorry to hear dude. Family is important when a memory like that arises. Way to get back on track though. Keep the posts coming.

The time with your family was much more important then a couple of days training and worrying about a diet for sure.
 
Back to murdering it. A nasty torture leg session today
Legs:

Leg press giant set v squat giant set hack squat giant set smith machine front squat 5x20*

Squat 10x10

Walking lunges 4x12

Leg press (heel together toes pointed out) 5x25*

Lying leg curls 7x25
Finished with 3 sets of 25 glute extension superset with 3 sets of 25 hip adduction.
35 minutes of h.i.i t stairclimber.
I'm a hurting unit right now.

Got about 6 bottles of IA's DHB and have noticed absolutely nothing from it 5 weeks in. Maybe I'm running it too low? (400EW) I don't know. At least mine didn't come crashed and doesn't crash at all but something doesn't seem right as absolutely nothing is happening. I'll bump it to 700EW and see what's up. Def very concerned right now.
