What's everyone preferences on the time of day you take orals.

Administration of orals should be based on their half - lives, and in some cases expected cause and effect..!

If Abomb , or Dbol daily dose split into 4 for example ,with the larger dose, or a lil extra taken an hour pre-W/0 , a the rest VAR ea 9 hours a.m. & just before bed or thereabouts.

Right here....on point and I usually take mine with meals.

I take em threwout the day, and chew them up with orange juice.
