TRT training and diet

This is my second time on TRT since i started cycling back again; the first time i went on PCT, the second time i went on TRT and tihs is the second TRT. Every time it was a period of recovery, took some time off the gym and i remember the feeling of loosing weight, shape, etc. This time around is so different , am one pin away from finishing TRT and has been spectacular...work , work, work; diet ,diet , diet. it went so fast, since i change my goals we have been focused on leanness and muscularity...i have been on 200 mg test cyp (SBL)/ week (2 pins of 100 mg), best experience ever, i have been able to maintain 7% bf, 160 pounds, great libido, sleeping very well, everything is great.
How do you train and diet during TRT?
