training intensity and volume during pct

in your guys experience what is the best way to train during PCT to keeep max gains. Im doing some reading and some ppl say you should lower your volume a bit but keep intensity high while your hormones are normalizing, any truth to this?

I've heard different theories on this. Mainly due to varying cycles and varying goals. One seemingly unanimous bit of info I've heard is when running deca. While on, joints move like butter. Now I dont know if theres truth to this, purely opinions of those I've talked to, but I've had discussions with deca users and all have said they adjust their volume or intensity in pct as your joint will thank you for it. Outside of that, I say train as you wish. If you do get joint discomfort then sure, back off the volume some. But like everything else, I don't think there's a cookie cutter answer that applies to everyone. Listen to your body and adjust accordingly.
