Nah, I'm just sweating "Balls" brother, took a serving b a half of Jack3d w/about 35 + mg of straight dmaa in there.
& Had just got done training, so I was sweaty & kinda flush, but I do tan junds alright ince out in the sun doing shit fir a few, always been like that, and I'm "not" dark skinned.

I did however use 1bottle of Rambo mt2 that I got , oh...
about six, maybe even 8 weeks back, it did give me a little color, I may use the others later (fall) to maintain a tan look..? Well see..

Finally some relief , hope it stays the way it's been last few days! "Not" in the 90's. ° & humid as a witches drawls .

Well, two weeks later, (as compared to above few pics ) up 7 lbs {right @200 }

Still veiney, still grainy..! Time to pull out all the stops & get into "BEAST" Mode...! 225 here I come baby..!!

Thanks a bunch guys...! [MENTION=1316]Ricnixon[/MENTION].. terrible brother, but I've been slacking 192 ish, I average 200, & don't like to fall below it, but s few days ago I actually fell below 190 & had to get a fee sessions in.

My shift, & the fact that they had me in a day shift class all.this past week. Nearly. 4 hours driving too in shitty traffic. 8 a.m.. -4:30 class primetime traffic both ways.

&. Week before just too many obligation's, so have been slacking, but really given myself a bit if a slackers break.

As I'm going to attempt a few months of Wendlers 5/3/1
Soon, not so much volume training as I normally would.

It's. 5/3/1 or 5x5 program , maybe even 3 sets of 8 followed by 5x5 in at least the bunch & deads.

Play by ear what I do with legs , they may "Need" some Volume.

Looking for just strength this winter in the hopes that along with it will.come some.muscle density, and size.

But yeah, will.steadily creep back to & over 200 pretty easy, I should be able to commit..
