Hey guys, I'm not new to this forum, i've placed a few orders from the sponsors and been flamed for not posting in new members first lol. So here I am and its past due.
Hello all, this is my first official post. I've been gathering as much info as i can from different sources and always willing to learn more. I have been lifting for 10+ years, I weigh in at 255 and am 6'4 and am currently around 10-11% bf. I'm looking to learn much from everyone, and put in my 2 cents when needed.
