Purchased HGH, Cialis and Arimidex Nov 19. Received the HGH on Nov 28th but not the Arimidex or Cialis. Noticed USPS tracking for another shipment to arrive on 12/1. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive even though USPS said it did. After reviewing the tracking info it states it went back to the sender. I contacted DYEL and they basically said it's not their problem. That I need to contact USPS. Told him that he had the shipping label and I didn't so they won't listen to me. Again, he said no my problem. So now I'm being ghosted. Horrible customer service. I'll never use this company again. Warning to all they don't care about their customers. There's plenty of other companies that treat they customers with respect and want to make things right but not this company

if it went back to sender are you sure you provided the correct address info to the sponsor? It is YOUR responsibility to provide correct shipping info including your name to the sponsor when you are placing your order.

Also as an aside, having a pack returned to sender because of incomplete address exposes the sponsor to risks as well. This is WHY members should be ensuring complete and correct shipping info is provided at order placement time.
