Am a bodybuilding head, and that is all i do. I teach here a couple of martial art classes a week but just some stretching and the rest is just coaching on a verbal level; i lift and do cardio in a very bodybuilding way. I was wondering may be some of you include something different like swimming or cross fit or something different

When doing cardio its never steady state....I really don't get much from it. Its always HIIT, Bootcanp, or interval sprints up hill or steps. In a way it kinda has the same principle as the martial arts....short, fast, quick bursts of speed. I get more from 30 mins of that than I would twice as long with steady state.
 
Basketball.

Continuous, burns a shit ton of calories before you know it and has anaerobic spurts.

If youre worried about burning muscle... well, you shouldnt really be if youre on gear and that anabolic - but just drink a gatorade and some aminoes- you'll end up burning FAR more fat than calories you take in from the gatorade.

Plus it doesnt suck ass like being stuck on a treadmill.
